Prices quoted apply per apartment per night without the final cleaning and without the local tax of € 2,00 per person and night
(aged 15 years and over; the tax is assessed locally).

Final cleaning (one time fee):

For the Sofa bed or supplement bed occupancy we ask for the whole stay € 20,00 per person per night.

For the Sofa bed or supplement bed occupancy for only a few nights (for a guest from the main guest) we ask € 40,00 per person per night.

Vacation with the dog? Not problem! Four-legged guests are also welcome in our hotel. The dog fee ammounts to € 15,00 per dog and night.

 

Minimum stay in summer and winter in high season:

  • 3 nights (fewer nights upon request)

Minimum stay in summer and winter in low season:

  • 1 night

For a binding Reservations we ask a banc transfer of 30% of the entire stay.

Rescission by the Party – Cancellation fee
The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral
declaration by 1 month before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being
liable to pay a cancellation fee. (We only keep a processing fee of € 25,- from the deposit.)

  • 30 to 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the arrangement price
  • 21 to 7 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the arrangement price
  • from 7 days before the start of the holiday or in the case of no-show, we charge 90% of the booked stay

Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions. Place of performance is Sillian, jurisdiction Lienz in East Tyrol.

 

In the apartment you find the following:

  • Initial equipment of bedclothes, bath towels, face towels; For a stay of a minimum of 14 nights, 1 change is included.
  • Initial equipment of hygiene products in the bathroom
  • Dishtowels and 1 table spread
  • Utensils for cleaning, dishwashing liquid, powder for the dishwasher and detergent for the washing machine

Available at extra charge:

  • High chair € 10,00/entire stay
  • Crib € 5,00/night
  • Sauna package: Bathrobe, sauna towel and felt slippers € 20,00

You have the possibility to avail our bread service. Every morning the bakery delivers your bread order into the house. (The ordering process is explained at reception)
