Length: 2.7 km. Maximum height: approximately 8 meters. Length: from 4.5 to 6.7 minutes. What is hiding behind these numbers? The most exciting “Alpine Coaster” of the Alps: the Osttirodler! From May to October, adults and children whizz down to the valley on the impressive summer toboggan run in Hochstein with a rush of adrenaline in the blood. Riders must manoeuvre along a path full of bends, bumps and roundabouts. The track is also opened in the winter, from Christmas until mid-March.
Fun Bob is not too far from our apartments in Sillian. Even though the summer toboggan run in Innichen in the Upper Pusteria Valley is not as long as the Osttirodler track, it is still impressive. You will whizz down to the valley on a bob along a 1,739 meter path on the Haunold Mountain while you enjoy the speed and landscape.
